I get asked a lot about how do I as a mother of two maintain a good shape .
You see Looking beautiful isn’t just about what you apply on your face , skin and hair , it’s not measured in your size , or color .
Beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder, and I say that the most liberating thing about beauty is realizing you are the beholder.
We women need to understand that glowing starts inwards , and a healthy body cannot be maintained without a healthy heart and mind .
Discipline and self awareness is the key , a combination of a clean diet, exercising, and taking care of your entire well being is not an easy process . You got to be able to love yourself enough to do it .
It’s the little things you do that matter.
Having said that I myself have developed my own lifestyle throughout my years and got to discover alot about me during the process .
However what works for me doesn’t necessarily work for you , and this what most of us don’t get . Healthy looks different on everyone , that’s why we should learn how develop our own habits to understand what works for us .
There is nothing absolute, no rule , yet it all starts somewhere within us , take that decision to be more active , walk yourself through it until it becomes a routine . Push yourself and be your own motivator. Do it not because you have to please anyone , not even to fit in .
Do it because you love yourself enough to .
Do it because you are ENOUGH
Because you are worth it , and you deserve it
Do it because you’re beautiful no matter what they tell you
Do it because you believe in you
Do it because you know you
And share it to inspire the people who struggle like you .
Remember, It’s our duty to keep our bodies in good health otherwise we shall not to able to keep our mind strong and clear .
Your body It’s the only place you have to live , take care of it .
