Waldorf Astoria Kuwait will be the number one hotel in the city, says GM
Today marks the grand inauguration of the Waldorf Astoria at The Avenues. The mall entrance is located in the Prestige section, next to the mall’s curving escalators, and the hotel will be The Avenues’ second hotel.

The hotel’s general manager, Kemal Sirtikirmizi, said the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait has the potential to become the most iconic hotel in the city. Once open, Waldorf Astoria Kuwait will have 200 keys spread across rooms and suites offering views of the Kuwait City skyline. Other facilities include the 13,560 sq ft Waldorf Spa, a club lounge, MICE spaces and a grand ballroom. “We are going to be the most iconic hotel in the city,” Sirtikirmizi promised Hotelier Middle East. “We will become the number one, I’m so confident in that.”
