The founder who turned strangers’ questions into a brand
Nadine Bradshaw left a German classroom for Dubai and built STROLLZ. out of the conversations she could not stop having.
When Nadine Bradshaw moved from Germany to Dubai, she brought a simple stroller wagon that had worked for her own family. Parents kept stopping her in malls, in parks, around Dubai Marina, wanting to know where she had found it. Some offered to buy it on the spot. She read those conversations correctly. In 2025, Nadine and her husband Arne founded STROLLZ., a Dubai-based, family-owned brand building design-led stroller wagons for the way Gulf families actually move through their week.

From the Classroom
A teacher’s instinct for why things matter
Before Dubai, Nadine taught English and science in Germany, holding two German State Examinations. The classroom left her with one conviction: people engage once they understand why something matters.

Need, Not Trend
Built from a real family
“Having a family isn’t a trend. Wanting more quality time together isn’t a trend,” Nadine says. The filter for anything new is narrow on purpose: does it genuinely make family life easier, or not.
The Noticing
When curiosity started to look like a category
“At first, I simply thought people were curious,” Nadine says. “It happened so often that I realised these conversations weren’t just random.” Many of the parents who stopped her had never seen a stroller wagon used in everyday life. Seeing it in person changed the calculation. She traces the instinct back to teaching. “A student might struggle to stay interested, but the moment they understood why they were learning it, everything changed.” Most families are not uninterested, she says, they simply have not had the chance to understand where the product fits. “We help families understand a category so they can decide what best fits their lifestyle.”

The Region
How the Gulf actually moves
Dubai taught her how active family life is here: the beach, the mall, parks, weekend staycations. “Family life in the UAE rarely happens in just one place, so the products parents rely on need to keep up.”
Function and Design
Three things, no compromise
“Convenience isn’t just appreciated here, it’s expected,” she says. “They don’t want to compromise between functionality, quality and aesthetics. They expect all three.” The current four-seater answers that with individual seats, a 5-point harness each, a UVP50 canopy, storage, and a travel-friendly build that rolls up to the boarding gate. Its removable seat system reconfigures for up to four children or everyday cargo, and it comes in Desert Sand, Forest Green and Urban Black.

Made to Adapt
Room for the whole family
Where a traditional stroller is quickly outgrown, the wagon is built for years of use. A pet-friendly entrance means the dog comes along too, part of the daily walk rather than left behind.

Travel Ready
Folds down, keeps up
It collapses for the boot of the car or the boarding gate, then opens again for the next outing. Built to move with a family rather than slow one down.
The Partnership
A company that is an extension of the family
Nadine and Arne built STROLLZ. as parents and as partners, and the division of labour arrived without a meeting. “What Arne is good at, I’m not, and vice versa. We simply gravitated towards what each of us does best.” He runs operations. She leads brand, product and the close study of the families they are building for. “Of course, that doesn’t mean we always agree. We’re married after all,” she says, laughing. “But different perspectives often lead to better decisions.”

The Detail
Considered, down to the wheels
Elevated materials, all-terrain wheels, storage where families actually need it. The design reads as calm rather than busy, which is the point. It should carry the day, not add to it.
One Word
The thing a photograph never quite captures
We asked what a picture always misses, the reason parents keep the wagon once they own it. Her answer was a single word. Ease. “They don’t keep it because it’s a stroller wagon,” she says. “They keep it because of how it makes family life feel.” STROLLZ. wagons are available at strollz.ae, priced at AED 4,000 plus VAT, in Desert Sand, Forest Green and Urban Black.
For Boujeez
The best products solve a problem you had stopped noticing
There is a lesson in a founder who built a company out of the questions strangers kept asking her. The strongest ideas in this region rarely announce themselves as innovation. They arrive as relief, the quiet removal of a friction families had simply learned to carry. STROLLZ. is a stroller wagon, but the instinct behind it is the one that separates a lasting brand from a seasonal one: design for the life people are actually living, not the life a trend says they should want. In the Gulf, where families move through a full and demanding week, ease is not an add-on. It is the whole proposition.
