Beauty loyalty in the Gulf just grew up
Sephora Middle East has launched MY SEPHORA, a three-tier, app-led loyalty program built around gifts, private access, and experiences.
For a long time, beauty loyalty in the Gulf meant a stamp card and a discount at the till. MY SEPHORA, the new program Sephora Middle East has launched across the region, is a clear move away from that. It is structured, tiered, and built to live inside an app, and it treats the relationship with a customer as something that deepens over time rather than resets at every purchase.
The premise is simple. The more a member shops and engages, across stores, on sephora.me, and through the Sephora app, the more they unlock. What gives the program its shape is how it is layered.

The app
Everything in one place
The Sephora app is the control panel: points balance, tier status, rewards, gifts, and a digital membership card. Members track progress in real time and redeem rewards inside the shopping journey, online or in store.
Three tiers
Bronze, Silver, Gold, read from the ground up
MY SEPHORA is built around three tiers. Bronze is the entry point, and it is generous for a starting position: a welcome gift with the first purchase, exclusive gifts, access to private sales, event invitations, and personalized offers.
Silver begins at 200 points and adds rhythm, a gift for every 200 points earned, an exclusive birthday gift, further gifts, private-sale access, and invitations to exclusive events.
Gold, reached from 1,000 points, is the most elevated position. It keeps the gift-every-200-points cadence, adds premium rewards at every 1,000 points, and layers in the benefits regular shoppers actually notice: free delivery all year round, priority access to private sales, and exclusive event invitations and experiences.

Why now
Built for how the Gulf already shops
The Gulf beauty customer is digitally fluent and moves easily between a store visit, a scroll, and a checkout. A program that connects those moments, rather than treating them as separate, fits the way people here already shop. Small details carry the intent: a gift waiting in the basket, a reminder about a reward within reach, a birthday surprise that arrives without being asked for.
MY SEPHORA is available across Sephora stores, on sephora.me, and through the Sephora mobile app.
For Boujeez
Recognition is the real reward
Loyalty, done well, is not a discount. It is a form of attention.
The programs that last in this region are the ones that make a customer feel known, that remember a birthday, hold back a gift, open a door before it is public. MY SEPHORA is interesting less for its tiers than for what those tiers assume: that the Gulf shopper wants a relationship with the brands they return to, and will reward the ones that offer something considered in return. The receipt was never the point. The recognition is.
